Superfood Yogurt Popsicles

Prep Time: 20 mins + 6 hours freezing | Makes 6 popsicles

Ingredients

Red Layer:

White Layer:

  • 1/4 cup 6% Alexandre Whole Milk Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Alexandre Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Blue Layer:

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Red Layer:
In a small blender, combine frozen cherries, water, and Elderberry Colostrum. Blend until smooth. Evenly distribute mixture into 6 popsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours, or until fully set.

  2. Prepare the White Layer:
In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, and maple syrup until well combined. Remove molds from freezer and carefully pour white mixture over frozen red layer. Insert popsicle sticks, ensuring they reach just into solid red layer. Return the molds to the freezer for another 2 hours, or until fully solidified.

  3. Prepare the Blue Layer:
In a small blender or bowl, combine yogurt, milk, Elderberry Colostrum, and blue spirulina powder. Blend or whisk until smooth. Remove molds from freezer and gently pour blue mixture over white layer, being careful to pour around popsicle sticks. Freeze for 2 more hours, or until completely firm.

To Serve:

Remove popsicles from molds and enjoy! Store extras in an airtight container and freeze. (We’ve said it before, but it’s still funny: We don’t think you’ll have any left to store! They’re pretty irresistible!)

Why does whole, bovine colostrum matter?

Whole bovine colostrum is a natural superfood, packed with essential nutrients, immune-boosting compounds, and growth factors that support overall wellness.

Not all colostrum on the market has the same quality.

Our founder, Rob, talks more about that here. It’s important to know the quality of your colostrum, because the numerous bioactive nutrients native to colostrum work together so it can be the most impactful for your health. When colostrum is stripped, certain nutrients (for example, healthy nutrient-rich fats) are removed, which is a detriment to the colostrum’s nutritional value. Whole Bovine Colostrum retains its full spectrum of bioactive components, helping to strengthen immunity, gut health, and improve your energy.

We combined colostrum with some of our favorite, all-natural flavors to give you the fuel and support you need, for every recipe.

Meet the Flavors:

Wellness should be fun and simple.

All you have to do is pick your Colostrum flavor and enjoy. Then you can reap the benefits of feeling wonderful and all that brings, of course.

Here’s to a delicious summer recipe that not only cools you off but fuels your 4th of July! (and we would bet the rest of your summer BBQs).
