3 Simple, Summer Strawberry Recipes

1. Strawberry Colostrum Smoothie

Serves 3 kid-sized smoothies

Ingredients: 
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 2 scoops Unflavored Colostrum
  • Handful of Ice
Instructions: 

Blend, pour, & enjoy!! 

** Measurements subject to how many people want to experience the wonder of a smoothie. 

2.  Strawberry Chia Pudding with Colostrum

Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups Strawberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 scoop Unflavored or Vanilla Colostrum Powder
Instructions: 
  1. In a large bowl add: Strawberries, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, honey/maple syrup, and colostrum.
  2. Blend or pulse until smooth like puree. 
  3. Add 1/2 cup chia seeds and stir well. 
  4. Refrigerate for at least four hours (or overnight). 
  5. Serve & enjoy! 

Optional (read: highly recommended!) Top with fresh fruit

3. Frozen Chocolate Strawberries

Makes 12 servings... we'll let you decide how many servings that is.

Ingredients: 
  • 12 Strawberries
  • 1/2 C Chocolate Chips
  • 1 T Coconut Oil
  • 2 scoops Colostrum Powder (Unflavored or Chocolate)
Instructions: 
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds, take out and stir and then microwave for another 30 seconds.
  3. Let cool, then stir in 2 scoops of colostrum until there are no chunks.
  4. Dip whole strawberries in the chocolate then set on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Once you have your desired amount, set sheet in the freezer.
  6. Let freeze for at least an hour then serve and enjoy!! 

These recipes were made for summer. Easy for the cool mom when your kids need a treat (& some fuel).
