Matcha Colostrum Latte Recipe

Your fav coffee alternative... now matcha better.

With just 5 ingredients, whip up this delicious gut-happy drink.

 

Matcha lattes entered the scene what feels like not too long ago, but now they're pretty much commonplace across the coffee scene! In the spirit of the season, I even tried a Pumpkin Matcha Latte from a coffee shop last week. Before you knock it - a friend had recommended it, so I knew I had something solid to go off of. Our consensus: It tasted like a Pumpkin Chai Latte! So sub out the chai (or espresso, if you made it a dirty chai) for matcha and welcome to the revolution that is matcha.

Now, for the latest matcha regime in our household:

Matcha Colostrum Latte

Ingredients:
  • 2 scoops of WonderCow Matcha Colostrum
  • 1 cup hot water (not boiling)
  • ½ cup warm almond milk (or your fav milk!)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, but delicious!)
  • A dash of cinnamon (for extra spice)
Instructions:
  1. Mix 2 scoops of WonderCow Matcha Colostrum with hot water, frothing until smooth.
  2. Froth your warm almond milk until creamy and dreamy.
  3. Pour the frothed milk into your matcha mixture.
  4. Add a dash of cinnamon and sweeten with honey or syrup to taste.

Hot or iced, you can't go wrong with this one.
