Ideas for Galentines 2025

Ideas for Galentines 2025

Be ours? The 5 fav things you can do easily at home with girls (or your S.O.) this Valentine's Day!

The day of love is just around the corner, and you likely fall into one of two buckets:

  1. You love Valentine’s Day
  2. You… (how do you say ‘hate' with less severity) Valentine’s Day

Okay, you may be Category 3 which is somewhat indifferent, but we’ll keep it extreme for the purpose of our ideas. Well, on whichever side you may land, we wanted to share a few of our favorite ways to celebrate the day. Whether you’re rollin’ solo, getting butterflies over a new name lighting up your phone, recently single, said yes to forever, well on your way to forever, wishing you were single… we think there’s something in here for you.

Psst, when we think Valentine’s, we think chocolate. It may be just habit, or maybe it’s because of Pavlov’s dogs. Wonder what would happen if Pavlov tried things out with cows…?

Have you tried Chocolate Colostrum Powder

In case you haven’t, and were looking for a reason to, this Valentine’s Day, we encourage you to treat yourself. Have your chocolate… and make your gut happy too.

What to do this Galentines Day

1. Make it a take-out evening

We love a good dinner around the table, and sometimes that can feel like effort, when maybe this year you just want to relax and enjoy the one(s) you love.

The key here:

  • Set your table with decor
  • Order take-out
  • Plate it: Truly, you never knew what a difference scooping the restaurant-fresh food would make until you see it neatly arranged on your choice plateware.
  • A little fresh garnish, anyone?
Psst... we love Thai food or pasta for this! Instantly cozy.

Psst, if pink and red hearts aren’t your thing, even just setting your table with your color scheme tablecloth and dishware will make your heart soar in ways you wouldn’t experience if you just ate off of take-out disposable plates.

2. Indulge in sweets

(& let your gut feel good about it)

First things first - if there was any question of whether the WonderCow team enjoys chocolate from time to time (er… every day that ends in ‘Y’), let us rest the question now. We love chocolate of all types. Now, if you’re wanting a chocolate treat that also keeps your gut at ease, try adding Chocolate Colostrum to any of your recipes. Or we got you started with a few favs here:

Toss in a few extra chocolate chips for this one!

3. Romanticize your bath

Enough said, really. Whether this is on your own - complete with bath salts, face mask, glass of wine,  bathtray and a novel if you’re an experienced connoisseur… or not on your own. 😏

4. Craft valentines with magazine scraps

Light up the elementary part of you that rarely deals with scissors and glue anymore, and let your creativity fly free. And if you consider yourself not gifted in the artistic arena, just know that there’s really no wrong way to glue magazine scraps to cardstock. We believe in you.

What you need:

  • Blank cardstock stationary sets
  • Magazines
  • Glue sticks
  • Scissors

Also… these do not need to be valentines-themed. Just take this as an excuse to craft together whichever scene, colors, and words make your heart flutter.

5. Craft heart-shaped pizzas

Fun fact (also tasty) - our founders Rob and Erica have made pizzas in the shape of hearts for 9 Valentine’s Days now. Pick your favorite toppings and do this with your S.O., your whole fam, or your girlies. Pizza = love, right?

Topping Ideas

  • Marinara
  • Cheese (of course)
  • Pepperoni (bonus if you trim them into hearts)
  • Sliced onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Bell pepper
  • Olives
  • Pineapple
  • Sausage
  • Red chili flakes

You know what you like on your pizza… we don’t have to tell you any more there.

Bonus: Valentine’s Mocktails (or cocktails!) made simple

We love a mocktail in that it serves the purpose of dressing up a not-so-regular occasion while keeping our head and guts in their best health. Cheers to you, Valentine.

Serves 2

Ingredients

Add-ons

  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar: If you want a little shot of goodness for your gut, and tang too

Pre-Tip: Sugar your glass’s rim - or sweeten it up (sans the sugar) with Elderberry Colostrum!

How To Make It

  1. Mix Elderberry Colostrum into sparkling water with frother.
  2. Add in dash of apple cider vinegar or sparkling wine.
  3. Pour over ice.
  4. Garnish with sliced strawberries or pomegranate seeds.

Wishing you and yours (be it yourself, your dog, your S.O., your book) a sweet Valentine’s Day filled with all the wonder you may hope for. And chocolate. Be ours?
