Refund policy

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund for your first purchase if you are not fully satisfied with it.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@wondercow.com, and provide your order number and details of the product.

Once your refund request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too - typically up to 10 days or within your next billing cycle.

Note: Due to the nature of our products being consumables, we do not accept any returns, even if the product is unopened or in its original, sealed condition. For health and safety reasons, once a product has been shipped, it cannot be resold or returned. 

Not sure what to do with your extra product that didn't work for you? We'd encourage sharing with a friend! It may have not worked for you but we have plenty of happy customers who are so happy they found WonderCow :) 

Please note that expedited shipping costs, if applicable, are not included in the refund amount.
