Vanilla Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops WonderCow Vanilla Colostrum
- 1 tbsp nut butter (any kind!)
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup yogurt
- Handful of ice
Directions
Toss all ingredients into a blender. We recommend adding ice last, as needed. Blend until smooth. Pour into cups, hand them out, and boom—you just won breakfast.
