Tastes good. I have been using it for a few months. Nails are stronger. My skin does not seem so dry. And my hair is fuller and shinier.
I have ligament damage to my left elbow. I was always in pain and often couldn't use that arm. Within days there was a noticeable difference in my arm. The flavor was hard for me to adjust but I added a teaspoon of chocolate collagen to a cup of milk along with the colostrum. Now it tastes like a chocolate milk shake. An added benefit, I'm losing weight. Less pain allows for more movement and my appetite has dropped. Great product, though pricey. I hope I can continue to use it.
